si j'aurai pu mettre -10 Etoiles je l'aurais mis volontiers ! La personne qui décroche m'averti d'un frais de déplacement de 50€ mais ne parle d'aucun autre tarif en cas d'intervention, me précise dans 30min- voir 1h. 2h30 plus tard en ayant préciser que c'était urgent, arrive. Les plombiers sont arrivés. après avoir annoncé un tarif de 600€ établiepar le patron au téléphone Plus jamais je ferais appel à ce genre de sous traitant: VOL Heureusement qu'on le peut refuser l'intervention !

If I could have given a -10 star rating, I would have gladly! The person who answered warned me of a €50 travel fee but didn't mention any other rate in the event of an intervention, telling me in 30 minutes - or even an hour. Two and a half hours later, having specified that it was urgent, they arrived. The plumbers arrived, after having quoted a rate of €600 set by the boss over the phone. I will never use this kind of subcontractor again: THEFT. Luckily, we can refuse the intervention!
